How do I get started with Caloa AI?
Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, create an account, and complete the 10-question personalization quiz. Your AI-generated nutrition plan will be ready in 60 seconds.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All plans include a 7-day free trial so you can try all features before subscribing. During the trial, you get full access to voice, photo, barcode, and text tracking, AI coaching, meal planning, and all premium features.
What devices are supported?
Caloa AI is available on iOS (iPhone and iPad) and Android devices. We recommend iOS 15.0+ or Android 8.0+ for the best experience.
Tracking
How accurate is the AI food recognition?
Barcode scanning is 99%+ accurate using our database of 14M+ products. Photo and voice recognition typically achieve 85-95% accuracy. You can always adjust results if needed.
Does voice tracking work offline?
Voice and photo tracking require an internet connection for AI processing. Barcode scanning works offline for previously scanned items.
How do I edit a logged meal?
Tap on any meal in your daily log to view details. From there, you can edit quantities, remove items, or delete the entire entry.

How do I upgrade to Premium?
Open the app, go to Settings > Subscription, and choose your preferred plan. Payment is handled securely through the App Store or Google Play.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through your device's app store settings. You'll retain Premium access until the end of your billing period.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google, depending on where you purchased. Contact their support or visit their refund page for assistance.

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission and storage. Your nutrition data is private and never shared with third parties.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This will permanently remove all your data from our servers.
